The Golden Cup

The Golden Cup is 300 year old family run pub, which offers a warm welcome to all that visit. High quality homemade food complements an excellent range of beers. They had Pedigree on this time. This is a big pub and has many rooms. The well decorated lounge is where most of the diners go for food. For the non eating there is a 'public' bar where you can play darts and pool. This is more traditional but still nice. Food is served here - traditional menu - both lunch and evenings. There is also accommodation here with 5 en-suite bedrooms all of which give you a view of the local church - St. Peter's. Allegedly there is a ghost here - try asking the landlord. Access for the disabled is possible here and there is a kids area too. The gardens are expansive and go down to the river Swarbourn.
