The Paul Pry

This pub is listed in the CAMRA National inventory of historical pubs due to its original features.

These include a mahogany bar, majolica style tiling and terrazzo flooring. It was built in 1901 for Messrs R Allen & Son Brewers. It has two rooms separated by a corridor with a terrazzo floor and floor to ceiling decorative tiles. It has been renovated to make it a relaxed day time pub with a good selection of ales, plus traditional pub food, served until 3pm Tuesday to Saturday.

The building is similar in style to many Birmingham Victorian pubs with patterned ceilings and red brick exterior.

The public bar on the right of the entrance has a curved mahogany bar with elaborate mirrored back. The walls are used by local artists to present their work.
