The Hope and Anchor  

The Freehouse is situated at the heart of the historic market town of Wirksworth.

There is a traditional bar here where you can have a quiet drink. They serve up to three ales, one is a regular.

Food is served here and is home cooked. There is a regularly changing specials board. Sunday lunch is served too, a vegetarian option is available.

For the summer there is a beer garden.

For sports there is a big screen.

If you are planning a special occasion they have a function room and food can be ordered.
