The Tavern  

This is a sports and music bar in the centre of Warrington. They usually have some good ales on, around eight at any one time. A range of bottled Belgian beers are also available.

There are two bars really here, a single room sports bar so quite small, but it is friendly, unless you do not like the regular sports features on match days, and also the music bar right next door.

A covered rear area is provided for smokers and even has a TV.

There are steps into the bar.
