New Prince

This pub is on the street through the top of Surbiton and is near some shops. Set back off the road it has a step up into the pub. There are also some picnic benches outside the pub for summer.

The bar is opposite the door and is a dark wood affair with overhang. Seating areas to the left and right as you walk through the pub to the bar dominate and have bay window benches and a mixture of seating.

The beers were all from Gales and were very tasty and all served with or without the sparkler. Prices were the keenest in Surbiton that we could find.

There is a further area past the bar with seating and glass ceiling to let the light in, or on this occasion the dullness as it was raining.

The toilets are also here and were clean and presentable. Not far from the station you can walk here easily for lunch, but they don't do food at other times. The menu is traditional and wholesome.

There is a no smoking area, though on this occasion, it was hard to find it as it was smokey throughout.

A good pub and well worth seeking out.
